Server Host Key Verification: Do you want to accept this server's host key?
When connecting to an SFTP Server for the first time, or periodically afterwards, a prompt may appear before connect that details the server's host key information and an option of whether to accept or cancel (deny).
If you have any reason to doubt the information, choose to Cancel and reach out to an Administrator, either at the company or for the server itself (if known).
In order to connect to the SFTP Server, accept the certificate. The security information is accepted and the connection attempt progresses. You will not be prompted on the next connection attempt.
If you wish to not be prompted for this information when connecting to the server, edit the settings for your SFTP connection in WebDrive, open the "SFTP Settings" drop-down menu, and choose to "Automatically accept the server host key".
