2019: Problems with timestamps on FTP server

Problem: When I synchronize with my FTP server, the timestamps keep getting changed to the date files were transferred to the ftp server.

Solution: Click on the FTP site profile of interest and go to Site Properties --> FTP Settings and click on FTP Settings. Here you will see a field labeled "Server Time Zone". Select the appropriate zone. Now go to Site Properties --> Basic File Settings and check the option for "Use MLSD to list full date/time (if available)".
