Mapped drive hangs if AntiVirus software is installed
When using WebDrive in conjunction with AntiVirus software, such as McAfee or Norton, WebDrive may hang when trying to access files on the mapped drive.
This will happen if the AntiVirus software is configured to scan mapped network drives. To correct this issue, reconfigure your AntiVirus software so that it does not scan mapped drives. Also, exclude the WebDrive Cache Directory from being scanned by the AntiVirus software.
