How can I enable file logging in WebDrive?
1. From the main WebDrive screen, click on "Settings".
2. Click on "Logging".
3. Check the box for "Enable application logging".
4. Choose the level of logging you would prefer.
NOTE: Errors and Info are useful for general use and result in smaller log files.
For troubleshooting issues, Debug level log files allow the support team to see everything that is happening.
