2019: Connect Failed - Error 1202: The local device name has a remembered connection to another network.

2019: Connect Failed - Error 1202: The local device name has a remembered connection to another network.


This error is caused when the mapping attempts to use a drive letter that is already in use. To correct this issue, disconnect the existing mapping that uses the selected drive letter or change the drive letter for the WebDrive site profile to a currently unused letter.



You can change the drive letter by going to SIte Properties --> General Host Settings and selecting the Dropdown menu for "Drive Letter".
