A Grey X appears on icons for files and/or folders

This behavior can occur for a few different reasons. The most likely resolutions are:

1. OneDrive (Sync) Client is installed on the computer and is monitoring the drive mapped by WebDrive. Remove OneDrive Client or discontinue syncing the WebDrive mapped drive location.

2. Disconnect the site connection in WebDrive and edit the site Settings. Open the "Advanced" dropdown and toggle the setting for "Enable thumbnails and file preview". Then, reconnect the site.

3. Disconnect the site connection in WebDrive. Open registry editor (regedit) and navigate to the below location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers\

       A. Here, rename the WebDrive entries so they will appear first in the order [ex: add "aaa" or "   " (space characters) to the beginning of the name before WebDrive so it goes first alphabetically].
       B. Restart the computer and then try the connection again.
